“Charter Senior Living of Jackson has been our grandmother’s home for the past 2 years. She had dementia and was in Memory Care until her passing at the end of August. Words can barely express our gratitude for the amazing way our loved one was taken care of during her time there. The staff and caretakers are some of the most professional and caring people we have ever met. From the office staff to the nurses and everyone in between, they are not only kind, but exceptional. These hard workers aren’t perfect I’m sure, but they show up with a smile on their face each day ready to do what they can for the residents. Charter feels like a family from the moment you walk in. We were always kept well informed about our loved one’s care. Our loved one was always clean, dressed, and well fed. We never had any issue that was not easily resolved. The staff are so great about working with the family as well. Visitors were welcomed and not just at certain times. They had many activities and social opportunities which they encouraged residents to attend. It always looked like they were having fun…both staff and residents! Our family and grandmother have been blessed to be at Charter. We want to highly recommend Charter Senior Living of Jackson. Give them a call and check it out…you will be glad you did.
