This personalized approach meets individual tastes and preferences while helping your loved one navigate the physical and cognitive challenges of memory loss. Residents in our Memory Care community are given the freedom to live fully and comfortably with licensed skilled nurses on site 24/7, private residences, programming to keep them engaged, and every feature to help them feel safe and secure.

Deniece Caldwell –Executive Director
Deniece brings a passion for health care and willingness to help others to her role at Charter Senior Living of Jackson. She has lived in Tennessee for most of her life and has four children and five grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, walking, reading, spending time with family, and changing people’s lives for the better. She hopes to one day retire at the beach.
Summer Weiher – Director of Sales and Marketing
Summer Weiher is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Charter Senior Living of Jackson, where her heart for serving older adults shines through every conversation, tour, and family connection. She fell in love with senior living while helping in a nursing home during COVID, discovering how meaningful it was to bring comfort, joy, and a sense of home to people when they needed it most.
With a background in social work and four years in senior living, Summer is passionate about guiding families through one of life’s hardest transitions with compassion, understanding, and a sense of ease. Inspired by watching her own family care for her grandmother, she hopes to support families in finding a community where their loved ones can thrive and where everyone can enjoy more moments together.
Outside of work, Summer is a proud wife and mom of two boys, and she’s known for her love of meaningful gifts and celebrating people in ways that make them feel seen and cherished.
